Greetings Watermelon Family!

I hope this season has begun with a great start for everyone. I am confident in the plans we have to promote Florida Watermelon as the Florida watermelon season begins to take place for consumers. 

Queen Alyssa represented us well while competing for the National Queen this past week in Arizona. We thank her for her year of service and know she will do great things. Thank you to  Debra Harrison for preparing our queen for National competition, she dedicates her whole heart to our program and it greatly shows.

Please remember the Thomas Family (with Diamond 99) in your thoughts and prayers as they navigate the difficulties of this time. Dan was a wonderful person and will be greatly missed by our entire association. 

My wife Kel and I recently had a site visit at the Sanibel Marriott where our next convention will be held. We are excited for the plans we have and know it will be a wonderful experience for all of us. Our theme will be the Florida Watermelon Beach Spooktacular. Please note our next convention is October 24-26.
